Why keep a record

At an appointment it's hard to remember what happened over the last few weeks. A record made at the time shows when symptoms appeared, what came before them and how medication was taken.

Many people with IBD suspect certain foods. The diary alone won't confirm or rule anything out, but it keeps those suspicions written down and easy to go over with your doctor or dietitian.

Reports for your appointments

The report lines up food with symptoms over the period you pick, including since the last appointment. Download it as PDF or CSV, send it by email or schedule it to go out weekly or monthly.

When a flare is marked, the report shows the foods eaten in the three days before it.

For the family to follow along

The diary belongs to a family circle. Whoever created the circle invites relatives and caretakers by email, and caretakers can log too. It works for a parent looking after a child with IBD and for anyone who would rather share the load.
